If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We offer free return shipping on eligible returns.
We do not charge restocking fees.
We do not have final sale items.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used candles, used wax melts, and used products may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
